In essence, I assist individuals in achieving their desired outcomes in life.
And that's precisely why I'm here – to help you achieve your table tennis aspirations, whatever they may be.

So, sit back, relax, and let me entertain, motivate, and hopefully inspire you to reach new heights in table tennis!

"Why Do You Play Table Tennis Anyway?"
Now, that's an intriguing question.

As we both know, table tennis is simply the ultimate sport, combining a myriad of mental and physical skills. It keeps your body fit, your mind sharp, fosters social interaction, competitiveness, and most importantly, it's fun!

But before we proceed, it's crucial to pinpoint the specific reasons why you're drawn to this sport among its many virtues.

For instance, personally...
I don't play because I find it enjoyable.
I don't play because of the camaraderie.
I don't even play solely for the thrill of winning.

The primary reason I engage in table tennis is the exhilarating challenge of pushing myself to become the best player I can be in a sport that tests me in every conceivable way.

Identifying what you seek from a sport makes it much easier to pursue and attain it.
So, do you play for the sheer joy of it?

Do you play to stay physically active?
Do you play solely for victory?

Take a moment to reflect on what initially drew you to the sport and what continues to fuel your passion, regardless of your skill level – whether you're a beginner or aspiring Olympic champion.

The beauty of this journey lies in its adaptability to your unique table tennis goals.

Whether it's representing your country, clinching a tournament victory, or impressing someone special at your club, the principles we'll explore are applicable across all facets of your game.

You just need to be clear about what you want!

Your task this week (and yes, I'll be assigning tasks regularly; simple ones that yield significant results) is as follows:

On a piece of paper, in a notebook, or a journal, complete the following sentence:

"I play the wonderful sport of table tennis because..."

And remember, there are no wrong answers!

Keep your response somewhere safe where you can revisit it frequently.

Because this statement forms the foundation for our journey ahead.

Perhaps you started playing to stay fit but now aspire to outshine your competitors.

Maybe you began at a young age to please a parent and now play out of genuine love for the game.

Or perhaps your ultimate goal is simply to be the best!

During our table tennis life coaching sessions, I'll delve deeper into your responses.

For now, take some time to ponder your answer and contemplate its significance to your game.

Until next time, have a fantastic week!

Warm regards,
Javad Ameri
